BC-3151 GREASE BOOTH COATING:

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

BC 3151 is a thick green petrolatum base coating that provides a protective barrier for paint booth areas that accumulate heavy amounts of paint overspray. It is ideally suited for use on center tracks, flood sheets, curtain walls, and interior of paint ventilation stacks. The protective barrier of BC 3151 is easily removed with scraping, as the coating remains soft and can be scraped with minimal effort.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES:

Appearance:	Thick, green grease
Viscosity:	10,000 – 15,000 cps
Specific Gravity:	0.83 – 0.85

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION:

BC-3151 is used as received. Apply BC-3151 by brush, roller or airless spray. The coating remains soft and prevents paint buildup on the surface to which it has been applied. The BC-3151 is easily removed with scraping after painting operations are completed.
