ECC 1684 is a water based concentrated cleaner designed for use in a spray-recirculation system. It has been formulated to minimize foaming while effectively removing uncured E-Coat sludges. ECC 1684 is particularly useful for cleaning car carriers or fixtures without removing them from the assembly lines. The carrier or fixture is simply moved into a spray station, sprayed with the cleaner, rinsed, and then moved down the line. The operation is fast, efficient, and economical.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION:
ECC 1684 is supplied as a concentrate and is diluted with water for its intended use. A 15% concentration in water has been found to be optimum for cleaning E-Coat sludges from car carriers. The use concentration depends on the severity of buildup, temperature of the cleaning solution, and the time allotted for cleaning. Raising the temperature and increasing the concentration of an ECC 1684 solution lowers the time required for cleaning.
